We have all looked down at times to pick something up and may have noticed that there might be a little more cushion between the “trying-to-reach” and the “able-to-reach” than we expected.
Not to say that the body’s “cushions” are needed at times, but sometimes a little less between you and the thing you are reaching for can make a noticeable difference.
Below are a few ideas that may help you squish that cushion down a bit.
One thing you can start today with -> Blend with water, some radishes, (and sometimes add the radish leaves), celery, parsley, kale, and a lime. Drink in the morning daily for 1 week. You may just see some of that cushion start to thin.
